  1. She's a doctor and frequently on call So if she can find time the rest of us can surely do it! I think you misunderstood, it's not necessary to have an assistant. You can stay off of your personal social media accounts and still do your job... smh Walking or runnimg in Nature, working out or doing hobbies is possible. Do it in the morning, at lunch or after work & is extremely helpful in balancing and relieving stress hormones. Stop making excuses and improve your life now! It's short and may be the only one we get!!!
