@LightBeingsBE There's a female doctor on YT who teaches how to fast according to your hormones. Do a few searches on here, I'm sure you'll find her! KETO, CARNIVORE & IF are what finally worked a miracle for me and my women friends!!! Hallelujah! All we do is not snack after dinner & delay breakfast til 10am (gives us an 18 hr fasting window!). Breakfast: Eggs or other Protein, fats and berries. Lite Lunch of protein only or skip lunch altogether. Dinner: whole carb and protein (meat) with salad & vegies. incorporate good healthy fats ie olive oil, butter, avocados, chicken with the skin on! etc etc etc [Fat is not the enemy, itsalways been SUGAR!!! Basic idea is to avoid refined carbs and sugars to reduce or eliminate insulin spikes. KETO is the only thing that's worked after all these years of struggling with weight issues and chronic pain. BASICALLY ATKINS DIET only healthier!
