Don't suffer in silence. Is it possible for you to go outside and chat with your neighbors? Can you make it to a nearby park or even a stroll around the block? Talk to the people you see, or just smile and wave. ๐ Just watching children play or people with their dogs will lift your spirits! Being outdoors is very healing, both mentally & physically. Talk to people when in line at the store, I do! If your physically limited, reach out to your local church or volunteer organizations. There are Senior programs too: they have bus rides to theatre shows, music & sports events or the beach. โฑ๏ธ Check out your local Community Center for activities and events happening there, like Swimming for leisure or exercise, Craft Fairs, Music and Movie nights which are largely free or low cost to attend.
Perhaps you can play cards, Bingo or whatever your interests are: Chess, Birdwatching, daily walks & other hobbies etc...
There are volunteer programs & will be happy to visit, chat, take you to the store, dentist, haircuts or doctor appts. ๐

I hope you're doing better with the heart pains now. I've found that to keep life in balance, taking a nice walk in Nature really helps! If in a city, find a park or backroad, maybe a river walk... Breathe in deep, into your belly, hold for a count of 6-8, then slowly blow out thru pursed lips ๐. Repeat several times, then breathe normally ๐๐ป Do this anytime you feel anxious and try to breathe in to the bottom of your lungs as often as you can think of it. It releases the carbon dioxide & ups the nitric oxide in your system, which relaxes your blood vessels, and your heart won't feel so stressed or have to work so hard.

I have listened to and love Dr Weil very much! However, Climate Change is caused, not by people, but by larger and more frequent SOLAR FLARES FROM THE SUN!!! ๐
CC is nothing more than a political grifters wet dream! Their agenda is to pry more money out of our little pockets and subsidize their friends solar companies that buy solar panels from CHINA, our enemy! They're only making appliances, homes and cars cost more!

Electric car batteries need litjium and the open pit mining is super destructive to the environment plus the toxic batteries when depleted will add to the toxicity. This is not a viable route, nor can all of us run put and spend $30,000 - $100,000 for an EV when Bidenomics have caused all food and goods prices to soar 30-100% for necessities!!!

I hope you are doing well since listening to Dr Rangin with Guest Howard regarding mentally releasing emotional trauma that causes physical pain.
I would like to suggest that you talk with your Pain Doctor or Functional Medicine Dr about EMDR. It is usually partly covered by insurance and is a method of eye movements while remembering the tragic events that occurred that then allows your body to release the emotional pain. I was checking this out for myself as it was a serious accident that sparked my Fibromyalgia, and spinal injuries, including neck injuries, shoulder, back, hip & compressed ribcage. So,
I have had Fibromyalgia for over 30 yrs from this accident. Recently, I read NO GRAIN NO PAIN by Dr Peter Osborne. He talks about the different types of GLUTENS & how they cause inflammation in the brain & body. So, I went on a Keto Diet to lose weight since exercise limited for me by the physical pain and painful repercussions later. My pain subsided a small amount.
Then I watched Dr Chaffee and Dr Ken Berry on YouTube & went more to the CARNIVORE DIET. I highly recommend his and other doctors suggestions to avoid grains, seed oils and sugars. In a short 3 weeks,
I have to tell you, I haven't felt this good in decades!!!๐ My pain has lessened so much that the only pain meds I take now is Tylenol and then only a couple of times a month. My pain Dr has given me a small amount of emergency meds for the sporadic, very painful episodes, but they are few and far between now. ๐๐ป So, I no longer rely on them or stress about going out with friends! I am still building up my stamina, so I do rest the day after, but I hope that in the future, the rest days are less or no longer necessary at all! ๐
My brain fog is much better, the good memory I used to have is more present, my chronic aches and pains are diminished on a daily basis, unless I over exert or a big storm is coming! I literally have my Life back!!!๐๐
I am back to regular walks, even hiking up and down mountain hills, socializing, off-roading and even horseback riding!๐

You're probably on the lower end of sleep requirement then, like President Trump, who only sleeps and stops working for 4 hours a night! But try getting only 2 or 3 hours, or skip sleeping altogether for a few nights & I'm sure you'll find severe detriments to your mental capacity and physical abilities...
Try it before discrediting Neuroscientists and 2 professors study of sleep!
Also, prisoners of war have been killed just by depriving them of sleep! They suffered from high stress cortisol symptoms, diabetes, hallucinations, heart arythymias etc etc. Lack of sleep causes your reflexes to behave as if you're drunk too! ๐ฅด
I can attest to some of these issues such as brain fog, fatigue, and body aches as Fibromyalgia affects REM Deep Sleep and its wrecked havoc on me until recently. A new doctor has given different treatments and I've had the greatest pleasure of waking up refreshed on most days! What a huge difference in my quality of life! โค๐
