  1. I was vegetarian too, until I hit an energy wall during a myn hike and had to be carried off the mtn... A Blood test showed I was severely anemic and was given iron pills and advised to start eating meat for the iron as well as the very necessary amino acids needed for thyroid and other lifesaving organ functions... I feel so much better now! With tons of energy and huge enthusiasm for Life!

  2. ​ @ishfaqshah7393 as well as iron... probably need probiotics and amino acids as well. Vegie diet is very deficient. If you want to feel energized and happy, eat grass fed meats, fish, eggs etc
