Better to eat at least 2 meals per day. 2 hours is not long enough. Starving the body will cause it to slow metabolism & hang on to fat as it thinks food is scarce. I eat breakfast at 10am, skip lunch have dinner at 5-6pm and fast until morning 🌄

Fasting is also used to stabilize Blood Sugar for insulin resistant people with Metabolic Syndrome or Diabetes.

@sreeladevi1780 I was also falling asleep in early am, so I was sent to a Sleep Dr. I did have Sleep Apnea. So my brain would keep me awake to stay alive! Since I got my Cpap machine I sleep deep, dream and wake up refreshed!Dyring the day, I have been walking and doing more physical activity daily to tire my body out and get in better shape too! This has allowed me to go to bed earlier in the evening, say at 10pm. I now fall asleep quickly, undisturbed, and wake up refreshed! I started by going to bed 15- 20 minutes earluer each evening to adjust my schedule and wake up earlierin the day. My whole life has improved! I am now back to horseback riding and. bicycling! 🐎 🚲 🚴♂️ Ask your Dr for a Sleep Study, they should send you a finger monitor kit, that you use at home when you go to bed and send it back in a prepaid envelope included in package or return to Dr's facility. Add protein to every meal, meat is ideal. This should help greatly with hunger pangs. I like to focus on the fact that it means I'm burning off calories and fat while in ketosis ie hunger pang mode... Drink water and wait 20 minutes to see if it's really hunger for food or emotional void. Do something you enjoy, walk outside in nature or do a sport!

Meat is digested much more slowly as it is a dense nutrient rich protein source. Fat IS stored energy...

@Pinkie Pinkster Only a rare few individuals are gluten sensitive. All mammals eat meat, some vegetables and fruits ie monkeys which we are 99+% DNA similar. Animals, including Humans have consumed eggs and milk for ages as well, although goat milk is more easily assimilated & digested by us. Sadly, the mining and excavation for minerals to make electric car batteries is so highly destructive to the Earth; that we would be kinder to her by sticking with reliable, inexpensive fossil fuels for several more generations. At least until we discover a cleaner, affordable, non deadly alternative. We could eliminate airplanes ✈️ and industrial factories to lower pollution & the World would be better for it. 🌎 Namaste 🙏 🕊

Are you including protein with every meal and eating at least 2 times per day? Meat is an excellent source of nutrients and amino acids plus iron which is essential for health and energy production. Make sure you also get enough Vitamin D3 K2 or sumlight for 20 minutes per day without sumscreen. B vitamins can also help with stress and feeling good.

Better to eat the whole fruit with protein, as juice is full of sugar and no fiber to slow down the insulin spike. The spike is what causes us to overeat as the body tries to get your blood sugar back in balance. Include protein with every meal to keep blood sugar stable and not wake up the Ghrelin Hunger Hormone that causes over eating...

OMAD has been found to not be optimal for health. Try eating 2 meals with good healthy protein included. This should give you the energy you need while being on your feet all day!
