@scoontaquex3388, I also have palpitations, super high bp & shortness of breath with fluid in my lungs (COPD!). I went thru batteries of tests and have finally got my bp under control for the most part now. I have an inhaler for breathing too. But the good news is that the fluid is gone and I can breathe almost normally. I do get winded much quicker than others when climbing a hill or stairs. But not just doing laundry like before! I highly suggest you see a Pulmonologist and have your breathing and lungs evaluated. My dr was able to relieve my symptoms by using an inhaler to open up the bronchial tubes and help dry out the fluids. I hope that you van get relief and long term recovery from this as well.
