  1. That's very interesting 🤔 My Dad was very active until retirement, then thr most exercise he got was from travel. But for the most part he sat and watched tv eating junk foods. While my Mom ate only healthy foods ie blueberries were touted so she ate them, etc. She walked everyday, talked with her sister alot & did the crossword puzzles as prescribed against mental decline. Yet, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's took her down in her 80's while Dad is still going strong at 96! WTH?! 😮

  3. Have you tried sitting in the park and letting her play, possibly with the other kids? If she likes dancing, pottery classes etc or Tai Chi, which is very calming and restful, try checking out what classes are available at your local community center, classes are usually for 6 wks... Local church communities also have activities available and can be very uplifting and helpful for guidance on where else to find resources. Local parks and trails have adventure hikes, for birds, butterflies, Flora and fauna too! Short hikes or outdoor activities can really inspire her to try for more and are great social meeting places! Best to you and family 🤗🥰

  5. ​ @JohnRoberts-uq6hn  Do you like animals? Rocky Kanaka "Sitting with Dogs" shows in his videos how to help them not feel so lost, depressed and sometimes hopeless. This helps get them adopted! Just by visiting, petting and holding the lost, scared and hopeless feeling strays... It's so needed, as they don't understand why they're basically in jail, with strangers, loud noises & lost their families & freedom... The live and joy you'll receive back is like Christmas mor ing! Full of expectations, HOPE & LOVE! 🥰🐕🐈🐇

  7. Marriage is a partnership. As a couple, they should work to keep the interest alive. Each should pursue individual interests as well as things they enjoy together. This allows new exciting experiences that are shared as well as enough different experiences to share and keep interest & a bit of mystery in each other.❤️

  11. ​​​ @RenatoPieters  I have to agree that genetics play a huge role! My Dad is 1/2 Dutch 1/2 strong German personality. At 96, he never exercised or watched what he ate, drinks alcohol too. My Mom, Dutch and Italian always ate healthy, took supplements, ate yogurt with blueberries , etc, because the "experts" said so. Likewise, did crossword puzzles, read, walked & exercised daily! She got Alzheimers and then Parkinsons in early 80s & sadly passed at 84 yrs... I called her the Energizer Bunny! Because she was always moving and doing something physical! She was a sweetheart & an angel on Earth... 💔 😢🕊

It must've been incredibly hard for her to relive this and share it with the world. 🌎 😢 I commend her for her open, yet 💔 heart and what I perceive to be an honest recounting of a devastating experience. She has remained humble and loving despite enormous success and strain. kudos 👏🏻 I can only imagine what your agenda might be, did you have a bad experience with their product? Did you work for this company? Otherwise its just a disgruntled opinion, or taken from a media source unknown & we all know how untrustworthy they are!

  15. You should get up and move every hour. Activities that really gets your heart rate up & your blood pumping new oxygen to the brain and organs helps too, a few times per week. That and eating whole, fresh organic foods has been shown to beat cancer, dementia, heart disease and all other diseases, which increases longevity ❤😊

  16. I admire your bravado, Which, I also had for a while. But it must've been before puberty hit... Because after that, the hormonal and bilogical changes make it a very uneven match. Not to mention, this is degrading to the Women's Sports that we FINALLY GOT ESTABLISHED!!! Otherwise, women could've been playing in "MEN'S " Sports all along!!!!! SMH

Apprentice in the business under someone who can teach you and be a mentor. This is what I did, while taking Community College courses to increase my knowledge at the same time! I always feel awe when I look up at the night sky and see all the stars, planets & Milky Way🌌 & realize how small we little humans are in the vastness of the universe...✨️ The Grand Canyon, Yosemite and Yellowstone all inspire AWE as well at the Grandness of Nature! I hope he has maximum impact on the students in Berkeley, CA. That state needs grounding and presence desperately! May his loving presence reach far & wide in the world! 🌎 🙏 ✨️

  27. @deethompson3592, Yes, one of the keys to happiness is definitely working only as much as you need to live comfortably! We also were brought up to"Live to Work", and it is soul crushing... The simple change of thought and mindset is everything to feeling FREE in your own life and decisions. Webpulled up roots and moved cross country. In one week of drive time we foubled both our salaries and were with people of similar mindset. We would leave early if work was slow and go waterskiing! It was a fabulous time to be alive!

Diet and Lifestyle can make a big difference in oour vitality and experience of life. But genes play a big roole as well...

Wild rice is ok as it is a grass and doesn't contain gluten which causes most of our aches and pains... It works quickly and almost completely reversed my debilitating pains! I read "No Grain, No Pain by Dr Peter Osborne & it has changed my Life! My Energy has returned and I am going gangbusters all day now! I hike an hour a day up hilly, rocky terrain & I am horse back riding again as well as bicycling! I'm able to go to multiple appts or events in a day which was absolutely impossible before! I got my youth, vitality and enthusiam for Life back!

  45. I've heard that EMDR helps immensely with releasing trauma and retraining your brain and nervous system so you can have a glorious life! I've found several in our area that insurance will cover and hope it will help me get over a traumatic accident that profoundly affects my life with chronic pain and sleep issues... I'm sure there are so.e near you that can help you over this huge hurdle! Enjoy the rest of your life! YOU are so Worth It! 🎉😅 PS Mel Robbins has had trauma too and helps with practical daily advice. Eckhart Tolle helps teach us how to focus on NOW & train your mind to be peaceful... 😊

  50. Exploitive or finding a need and filling it? Many charities have helped fill the needs of less fortunate people and made the managers wealthy... Tho we must keep perspective as success is not only about money, the wealthiest people are not always the happiest. Finding or creating a soul satisfying career, balanced with true love of a companion, with family, experiences, etc, etc so you enjoy every day is the utmost bliss & a true sign of a success and a well-lived life! ❤🎉 🏝 🕊
