@RenatoPieters I have to agree that genetics play a huge role! My Dad is 1/2 Dutch 1/2 strong German personality. At 96, he never exercised or watched what he ate, drinks alcohol too. My Mom, Dutch and Italian always ate healthy, took supplements, ate yogurt with blueberries , etc, because the "experts" said so. Likewise, did crossword puzzles, read, walked & exercised daily! She got Alzheimers and then Parkinsons in early 80s & sadly passed at 84 yrs...
I called her the Energizer Bunny! Because she was always moving and doing something physical! She was a sweetheart & an angel on Earth... 💔 😢🕊

All along, with my Mom, we/I thought I was Hypoglycemic, & that eating every 2 hrs was a must to keep my blood sugar stable. I knew to eat protein with every meal, especially if there was fruit or dessert; or I would get the shakes and a massive Migraine headache. Many Diabetics have done this process as well, with amazing results!
If concerned or have blood sugar issues, you can wear a CGM - Constant Glucose Monitor to check your blood sugar levels as you progress. Meat protein breaks down slowly and doesn't spike our blood sugar. who knew?!
I now eat mostly protein & for FASTING follow this:
Eat a late breakfast
10am -12pm.
Skip lunch or lite protein snack.
Dinner at 5-6pm, mostly meat!
Then No More Food!
So you are Fasting overnite!
Eliminate all carbs, especially refined, sugars and processed foods.
Add Meats, eggs, butter, avocados, fresh vegies & olive oil.
Keto/Carnivore works great, but Carnivore only works best! 😉
