That's very interesting 🤔 My Dad was very active until retirement, then thr most exercise he got was from travel. But for the most part he sat and watched tv eating junk foods. While my Mom ate only healthy foods ie blueberries were touted so she ate them, etc. She walked everyday, talked with her sister alot & did the crossword puzzles as prescribed against mental decline. Yet, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's took her down in her 80's while Dad is still going strong at 96! WTH?! 😮

I'm curious if more exposure to sunlight or supplemental Vitamin D3 & K2 make an improvement?

@bbbf09Â Physical activity is exactly what is needed when your mind is tired and you've been sitting all day. Try it, you'll feel so much better! I would go horseback riding or waterskiing right after work and it actually rejuvenates you!

@finspiration2666 Well, her Mom passed early on, when she was 16, but her father lived to almost 💯... As for vices: Both of my parents smoked, but eventually gave it up, like 50 yrs before. Mom rarely touched liquor and Dad drinks like a fish... She exercised and walked regularly into her 80s, Dad gave up all forms of exercise and physical labor when he retired over 30 yrs ago!

@wealthtube-prime I recently tried Keto/Carnivore and the weight is dropping off easily! Staying away from refined carbs and sugars, delaying breakfast until 10 am, skipping or lite protein lunch, regular Dinner with a large salad. Then nothing more until late breakfast. IT: 16/8 hrs, Intermittent Fasting, works like a charm!

@gracegwozdz8185Â No, my Mom was not on a high carb diet. Are blueberries high carb to you? She was very health conscious & ate vegies and large salads daily, with yogurt and berries for lunch. My Dad eats high carb, fast & junk food especially while he was on the road traveling to clients. It's exactly the opposite of what we're told is good for longevity!
