  4. @yelnatsch517  You actually have to complete certain levels of training to obtain the jobs. Then, periodically, do update seminars. After that, yes, some people stop trying to do a good or even adequate job. While others are driven to excel and climb the corporate ladder.

  6. @Christos P  Does it? Wouldn't we have seen it with Affirmative Action? It just wasn't so obvious how unqualified they were. We still had a choice at that time to hire the most qualified person with minority characteristics. I, as a white female, was last to be hired, despite College Ed in their field.😅 It was the beginning of the downfall...
