I hope you seek counseling so you don't get more depressed about Life. Life is a Gift 🎁 & all we have is the Present 🎁 Nothing else is promised or foreseen. If you have food in your belly, a warm dry bed & a roof over your head; you're ok right now. Deal with life a minute at a time. It makes it manageable & much less stress. When you get stronger, you can help with these bigger issues & existential crisis. I wish you healing and health . 🙏
