  1. ​@ancabostinariu6550 The greatest gift I was given was by an intellectual & spiritual leader, while in extreme pain after an accident was that although I had physical pain, I didn't need to keep adding the mental & emotional suffering of hating it & fighting against it. Once I released that huge burden, I healed & improved greatly, even physically!🎉😅 You can do it too! Listen to Eckhart Tolle if you need help controlling racing or intrusive thoughts. He teaches us how to LIVE IN THE MOMENT & JUST BE AT PEACE How to be grateful for all the good things in your life.... Food to eat, roof over your head, bed to sleep in, clothes to wear, etc... Really see the flowers, trees & birds 🐦

I wonder how Chase justifies to himself or comes to terms morally with teaching agents to deceive, entrap, surveil & interrogate terrorists, but now they've been doing it to American Citizens ie Parents of school children, visitors to DC who never went into the Capitol & all of us going about our daily lives via tv, cell phones, laptops and computers, etc... How does he reconcile trying to be a 'good' person with no ego & great morality...😢 Namaste 🙏🏻 🤲🏻 🕊
