  1.  @skippy6462  Have a sleep study, you may have Sleep Apnea. Or get a Snore Guard (even if you don't snore). It'll keep your airway open. Get the boil to fit kind so it's custom fit. Make sure your lower jaw is pushed slightly forward when you form it in your mouth. My sleep improved immediately!! I had dreams again and felt rejuvenated & Energetic in the mornings! LifeSaver literally; I was starting to have heart palpitations and super high blood pressure because I stopped breathing 36 times per minute. You won't believe the difference!

  2. ​​ @bryaneve1343  Thebepudemucbof Diabetes in India is probably from the WHITE RICE 🍚... Which converts rapidly to sugar with little to no nutritional value. If they switched to Wild Rice, Diabetes would be eliminated!!! Adding cheese would help stabilize blood sugar as well by slowing down the conversion to glucose!
