  2. Be patient with yourself. You're just not ready for this yet. When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. You van start by meditating 🧘‍♂️ Even a peaceful walk thru nature can be a walking meditation, which will get you in the right headspace for Being Present Now. Namaste 🙏
