Costs were down,because we were Energy Independent for the 1st time ever! Jobs were plentiful because 12,000 mfgrs were brought back to America! Inflation was at 1.2% Gas was $2.29 on the West Coast! So all goods costs were down! Minorities were able to afford their first homes!!! Look around, our country has been torn to shreds! Biden is selling off the Golden Goose in pieces!
