  2.  @Abraxas99x  tactics like that wouldn't surprise me either. People don't always check what they're buying before they buy it. Only to then complain it's not what was advertised when it was, they just didn't read it properly. If a company needs a spreadsheet to explain their product, something's wrong somewhere in their presentation.
