  3. Hello everyone. Pedro & Dani's Flauta Recipe: The recipe is below: Makes about 15 to 20 FLAUTAS* depending on how much filling you put in them. 1. 2 and a then half a chicken breasts. Boil in water til cooked and tender then shred. 2. Chop about 2 small onions and use 3-4 big tomatoes. Any tomatoes will do, the juicier the better for this recipe. * if no tomatoes, no worries, you can use canned tomato sauce as well. 3. A small can of Chipotle peppers. You'll only need to use 3 or 4 and blend in the blender with some water or chicken broth enough to cover your Chipotle chilies in the blender. 4. You can use salt & pepper to taste and a pinch of cumin and a sprinkle of garlic salt. Cooking: 5. Add oil to liking and combine onions and tomatoes and Sautee them til tender and add spices. 6. Add the Chipotle sauce you made in the blender and then let all the flavors cook for about 3 to 4 min. 7. Add shredded chicken 8. Get corn tortillas and microwave about 10 of them for about 50 sec to 1 min or until soft. You can do another set of 10 so they cook evenly in microwave. 9. Get corn tortilla and add chicken filling 10. Optional* to close the rolled tortillas you can use a toothpick but be SAFE and remove them. OR just face tortilla roll aka Flauta*** face down where the roll ends on the oil. 11. Optional * you can cook in oil or air frier for about 10 min putting 5 at a time. You can eyeball it and use your own alternatives. 12. If you're vegan you can shred carrots (or cooked jackfruit/shredded) and add more onions and tomatoes and same spices instead of chicken. 13.
