  6. Yes they are POBLANO PEPPERS or capsicum. And they are close to bell peppers kinda since they’re not usually spicy :) you could use that as a replacement and the cheese could also be used of your favorite choice. In our home Queso Fresco is what we used but other families use chihuahua cheese or Oaxaca cheese or mozzarella or Mexican cheese blend :) good luck hope you enjoy ❤

  8. It’s like a type of feta but more flavor but mozzarella or your favorite cheese can be used many people make the insides diffferent some people even use ground beef inside too with veggies :)
