Only eotech I've used was on a dept rifle, which doesn't make that much difference because when you're working you can pretty much leave it on if you feel like something is gonna pop off or you'll have time to turn it on in the van on the way to a target, etc. But for home defense, I can't see having to turn on the optic in the middle of the night when someone has just smashed your door down. Reticle is kick-ass, but I like the circle-dot holosun reticle just as much honestly and it's on the second I pick it up

There's definitely never been a probable case where that's happened and not even any scientifically legitimate evidence showing that comedy involving shooting gelatin shaped like human heads has any effects on the watcher's actions. You're simply letting your feelings and what you perceive as the obvious result blur your view instead of just looking at reality and the effects that actually happen. The difference is the Right will do stuff like bump stocks and what not, that aren't actually banning any guns. The Left wants to ban ALL semi automatic rifles. It's totally different and to act like they're both anti-2A and both deserve to be negotiated with is just crazy. You can't negotiate with people like Biden's pick for ATF director wanting to ban every semi-auti rifle in the country and put them under the NFA. Trump and the Right would obviously be against that. As for Bush, Cheney and the previous people on the Right, they have nothing to do with Trump and I have no doubt they only semi protected 2A Rights because it's how they got elected.

The ATF, under Obama and Holder, let a ton of illegal guns be sold to the cartels supposedly to "watch where they went and find out who was buying them".. one of those guns was later used to murder Brian Terry, who was a Border Patrol Officer. His murder is what exposes the entire thing.
