@ it’s not that confusing honestly - mediacaid is a state run service (although they get federal money for it) and each state decides how much private company involvement there is - some have a ton and some have very little. Medicare is a federal program that has 3 parts, one part is administered by the federal govt, one part is 100% administered by private companies and so it’s a mix as well.

@krystabelle36 well that’s actually not true… Private companies are definitely involved but Medicare and Medicaid aren’t the same, aren’t administered the same or anything.
