  1. As a former cop in a state with a mandatory arrest law for family violence I can tell you those laws are TOTAL CRAP. There are tons of situations where there may be technical family violence but no one should or deserves to go to jail. It’s literally some politician telling cops when to arrest someone with zero regard for context or nuance. Maybe they should’ve arrested him, maybe not. But acting like that decision was the reason for what happened next is unreasonable and not fair to the cops at all.

  2. Yeah that’s why George Floyd got all the attention - he was young, blonde hair and blue eyed just like Gabby. What a ridiculous clip to put in a true crime story that’s supposed to be about facts instead of opinion.
