  1. Whether someone has committed a crime or not is a poor excuse for actual evidence they committed the specific crime I’m question…. Fortunately people much smarter than you designed our justice system. It’s much better to have some criminals go free than to have tons of innocent people convicted of crimes they didn’t commit. And I’m a former cop, I get what ur saying, but there are lots of cases where someone is identified as a suspect based on their past convictions and they turn out to be innocent, which is why details of former crimes aren’t allowed. They can be used for sentencing tho which is the important part.
