@dkaz0065 what's selfish is YOU thinking you can force me to wear something on my face, no matter what your reasoning is.... Are you so stupid that you can't understand that places like Italy and NYC the had strictly enforced mask mandates have had the most deaths? Also, the cases are going up but the deaths are still going DOWN, look at the actually data. We're treating it better, not killing people with ventilators and the virus is basically the same death rate as the common flu when treated instead of letting people get severe. So no, I'm not wearing a mask for covid or anything else.

@brontewcat like you said... Masks were part of a "suite" of things done. I'm not in Australia, I'm in the US. We have 10 months of data from our 4 most populace states, 2 of them were fanatical about lockdowns and masks while the other 2 were not... The lockdown and masked states didn't just have similar covid numbers/deaths... They had MORE. Climate is similar in 3 of them, culture and access is similar being in the same country... The main differences were 2 govs have destroyed their economies while trampling constitutional freedoms and, in the process, had more deaths, especially in New York that forced covid+ patients into nursing homes, resulting in the deaths of thousands of elderly. There is ZERO evidence that forced mask mandates have any positive effect on Covid transmission or outcomes. Feel free to show me the evidence. Regardless of evidence, at least in the US, the govt doesn't have the right to do what they've done... Even tho they've managed to do it.

@NajwaLaylah I'm case you didn't notice Florida and now Texas don't have mask mandates... Florida hasn't had one the entire time and did way better than New York that had severe lockdowns and ruined their entire economy... People like you are SCIENCE DENIERS... Wearing a mask makes u feel special and yelling at other people to wear one makes you feel even better. Too bad you can't look at science and data from the last year and see that even the CDC says masks make less than a 2% difference in case numbers. Dumbass

@NajwaLaylah nope didn't catch it that I know of... Still never wore a mask on public, not a single freaking time. And now we get to see Fauci's emails where he admits masks are basically worthless and the entire thing almost 100% came from that lab in Wuhan. Pretty much everything I've been called a selfish conspiracy theorist for since March of last year has been proven correct. Oh it's that's classic "Karen" behavior to come back to a thread from 2 months ago hoping someone got covid. But I'd expect nothing less from someone who loves face diapers so much.
