@OvidianIdeals same defense that everyone from Rachel Maddow and every other TV personality has used in court, it literally means nothing other than they used it as a legal argument. He literally comes on TV and says they're spying on him... Days later they leak it to the media. Not to mention this is the same Intel community that lied to the FISA court to illegally spy on a sitting President. They'd spy on Tucker without even realizing it's a felony.

Trump should've totally destroyed every one of these out of control agencies at all cost... They're a bigger threat than China or anything else at this point.
