  3. It’s only a mirage that his life would’ve been easier if he’d been the evil, violent person that his environment wanted him to be - he’d likely be dead, disabled or on death row right now had he done that. He’s a modern day Job from the Bible.

  4. This is a great example of how the struggle in this world is between GOOD and EVIL - not black and white or rich and poor or native and immigrant. It was a crooked black cop that framed him and a white judge with a nearly all white jury that exonerated him. Good people come in all colors and religions and ethnicities. Raymond is a good man, in spite of his upbringing and circumstances.
