  1.  @Travis12861  housing prices are starting to go down all over, not just LV. Ramsey is wrong - there’s literally no way housing prices that are so inflated because of a trillion dollars in “free” money over the last 3 years can’t drop by 20% or more over the next 12 months unless they keep printing money - which only delay the inevitable. It’s impossible for it to turn out any other way.
