  1. The idea that leather isn’t environmentally friendly is absolutely ridiculous. Leather goods can easily last decades and still be totally serviceable while synthetics are trashed after a couple yrs and the spend a few decades (at least) in a landfill. I love barefoot shoes but want leather.
