I'm glad JP called him out on the "people are always seeking good even when they're doing evil stuff"... That's intuitively wrong. So many people do evil things JUST to hurt someone else. They know nothing good will come from it. It's almost so blatantly false I wonder how the good father can think it.

I think I'm as unsatisfied as JP with the answer on evolution vs. Bible... Currently you have to believe one or the other it seems and I've yet to see anyone explain them other than "the Bible isn't supposed to be taken scientifically".. OR... "Evolution is totally wrong and the the universe is 15k yr old".. I'm not crazy about either one.

@plousia I'll give it a goo... But I have yet to see anyone make an airtight case for either so I'm secretly routing for a third option that no one has thought about.

@plousia just watched an interview with Meyer and you're right, he explains things I knew but couldn't articulate. The athiests just have no explanation for certain huge questions such as the actual beginning of life and the origin of consciousness. And just saying "they just happen with enough time" is a ridiculously ignorant explanation.
