  4.  @lours6993  New Jersey is #4 and locked down hard... The fact is that you're totally wrong that 9 out of the top 10 had no lock downs to speak of. The least locked down states are #17 and 27, not anywhere near the top and they're states with huge Metro areas of high pop density. The fact is that lock downs did absolutely nothing to slow the spread or reduce deaths. It did nothing but trample people's freedom for zero benefit and looking at the evidence it did a TON of damage in terms of things like a 25% increase in child hood obesity over the last 2 years and the number of overdoses/suicides.
