  1. This isn't a judge problem.. it's a Systemic abuse problem where no one in govt law enforcement gives a shit about the constitution anymore and the people responsible for holding them accountable are the same way

  3.  @Milesco  well it's a judge problem in this case specifically but getting rid of that judge won't do jack shit to solve the issue... That's really what I meant. Of course judges and agents and attorneys are all at fault but it's a culture of "above the law" and the Constitution doesn't matter so it would have to be totally dismantled and rebuilt to do any good
