If I take out a million in debt and use that money to make 5 million then I've won and no one has lost. Wealth was created, not stolen or taken

  8. yeah man, he doesn't do that because it's clear when you try to stay out and get in right before it goes up then you don't make as much money - mostly because the market tends to have really good days here and there and if you miss those days cuz you're not in then you can miss out on huge profits

  18. I think the Fed is going to keep raising rates which will cause the housing prices to keep going up... until it hits the wall and the whole thing crashes harder than it would have if the Fed didn't "fix it" for so many years

Trump was the closest thing to an outsider we've ever had - which explains why Democrats sprints billions and illegally spied on him to get him out because he was a problem for that status quo. He united 99% of the Democrats and 80% of the R's in opposition against him because he wasn't playing their game.

  25. Man so much spam in this comments section it’s ridiculous. Also - anything under 8 figures is still an uncertain amount of money. Make it to $10M and you’ve got enuff to both put a chunk in a safe place AND continue to grow ur business AND live very well.
