@ZentaBon pleading guilty IS being found guilty in a court of law - no one with a brain thinks everyone in person is innocent, but the American “justice” system is still light years better than the vast majority in history or in existence today. The war on drugs was and is a total scam that’s thrown millions in prison needlessly as well as other crimes. I also think convictions based solely on DNA evidence will be realized as fallible at some point in the future instead of some infallible evidence that doesn’t rely on interpretation so I thing there are some people in prison for things they didn’t do that were convicted because of some kind of dna evidence. But on the whole it could be so much worse.
