The worst biological terror attack is the one that’s mildly deadly but very transmissible so it gives your govt a reason to strip you of your most basic rights of freedom of movement, freedom of speech, freedom to worship and freedom to decide what medical treatments you get. Viruses and bio weapons don’t scare me, but psychopaths with unlimited power do.
