Ghomert is asking did the FBI actually incite and commit the 'insurrection' and all this communist can do is shakily refuse to answer the question. This should be very clear cut -no, of course the FBI didn't have any part in it... But he can't say that under oath. There was NO INSURRECTION.... There was an FBI false flag attack because they were afraid Trump would expose the mass voter fraud in the election.
