Let's see... States like California and New York are still sending COVID patients home with NO treatment. Florida is having press conferences and getting doctors on board and trying to SAVE lives. What the HHS means with "equity" is that they apparently don't like Red states saving people so they're cutting off the supply. Note: in Texas we have been administering the Regen-Cov until we were told yesterday that we could no longer order it because HHS cut Texas's supply by NINETY percent. So there's nothing to conclude other than the Biden admin is trying to prevent people in Texas and Florida from getting treatment.
