@angeloselarja liss is only good if you’re doing it to get better at liss… lifting weights, HIIT and mobility give you all her benefits you need. I’ve done nothing but sprints and tried to run a mile and it a a piece of cake even tho I never run that far - but I spent years “jogging” and sprinting never got easier

had kidney stones for the better part of 15 years... used to have them every month at least once or twice. I always followed the conventional medical advice about diet, which was presented in this video, and it never helped at all. Had half a dozen different surgeries for them. Switched to eating nothing but meat and fruit and stones have almost disappeared - longest stretch I've been without one since I was 20. It's not about how much protein, phosphate, calcium or oxalate you eat - it's about how healthy your metabolism is in order to deal with the substances you eat.

So eat mostly protein/carbs and very low fat on the day you do zone 2 so that your body is forced to mobilize body fat to fuel the activity?
