@smoothALOE unless he verbalizes the fact that he was part of the problem then he learned nothing… he talks about how bad it was to talk about Trump as Hitler but doesn’t admit he is partly responsible.

@Dialogos1989 he's made a lot of money and thinks he's the most interesting person in the room... Pretty typical for a lot of em

I don't think "science" really understands what all happens when we walk on a regular basis - in my experience walking outside is something totally different than walking on a treadmill even if you do the same amount of work on the walk. Daily walking is a miracle worker - and I used to think walking was a total waste of time until I just did it, I'm a believer.

@MT_7284E honestly not sure what you mean
7
@ladybird491 lmao... Good one
7
same here - the difference between how I feel when I do no lifting vs just 2 times a week is huge
6
I think if most people started the process knowing that it would take 6 months to really see results and they committed to that 6 months then I think less people would revert back to their old diets

@loosecannon6142 you literally my point... 2000cal of donuts and 2000cal of steak AREN'T the same because your body handles them differently. You people saying it's all about cals in/cals out are just like the people 20 years ago saying eating fat makes you fat. It's just plain wrong. Your body isn't a furnace that measure calories - it's a highly complex machine that does things no one even understands and it's clear that 1 cal does not equal 1 cal. Period. Full stop.
6
@loosecannon6142 again you're not familiar with the information you speak on but too arrogant to realize it... There are studies showing people who eat the SAME amount of calories actually lose fat when they switch the calories from evening to morning. Same calories - different time of day - lost weight.
5
It's fairly universal... Most people who say it doesn't work are people who cut carbs for a few days or week and then say it doesn't work.

kneesovertoesguy... it really lives up to the hype, it'll fix those injuries and make you feel so much better from the hips to your toes

Man its just hard to take this dude seriously when he’s always wearing those dam blue blocking glasses

@loosecannon6142 I'm not refuting any law of thermodynamics... You simply misunderstand the application of it. By your logic every gallon of gas = a set number of miles driven - regardless of all the other variables that goes into what happens with that energy, how it's used, how it's wasted as heat, etc. I'm sorry you have a poor understanding of this concept maybe grab some textbooks - see you find the example of calorie in/calorie out as an example as a law of thermodynamics. Hint, you won't, because that's not how it works.

News flash guys... STOP voting for Democrats. And stop voting for Republicans that act like Democrats, which means stop voting for anyone that's been in office for more than a couple terms. The Left in America openly wants us to own NOTHING.

@kcchiefsproductions8687 well he doesn’t need to tell me anything, he’s the one with a YouTube channel and $400M in the bank. But if he wants to lecture people about certain things that he is guilty of he should, if he wants to be taken seriously, tell his audience he was part of the problem and he’s learned something from it. Otherwise he’s probably just saying words with no self awareness that he’s talking about himself.
2
Haha Peter… he was right back in 2008 and has been preaching collapse for the last 16yrs, he’ll have to be right again eventually

Exercise, resistance, absolutely helps burn fat but it has very little to do with how many calories you burn during the activity - increases insulin sensitivity and causes all sorts of hormonal and genetic switches that result in fat loss

Dang bro... Gotta remember to let the guest TALK, especially when they're smart and have things to say. Gets really hard to listen when as soon as she's halfway thru a thought and you jump in

You know how he was saying how crooked it is for the govt to make rules like only "qualified" investors can participate in certain parts of the market? That's EXACTLY the reason Wall Street Bets happened. Everyone knows the market is rigged and if we can shut down some rich shits that are taking advantage of that corruption then so be it

I think Tom is 100% wrong on why JP is controversial - any sane, reasonable person can see he’s trying to help. But he’s helping disaffected young men which is the wrong group to be helping in today’s climate and he refuses to back down and they can’t cancel him - he’s everything they hate.

@TomBilyeu you’re responding to a dam spam comment???? My gosh

@miasenna4107 yeah that's rough... I'm in Texas so only see snow about 2 weeks a year lol.

If the FDA was a legitimate agency that cared about health they would ban seed oils tomorrow... They're not food, they're not safe, they shouldn't be legally sold as food. I'm all about freedom and the govt staying out of things, but preventing those huge transnational companies from selling things that are obviously causing disease and are basically lab made oils is just a good thing.
1
@hungarianbagheera249 well most studies indicate it's actually fat that is the most satiating... So if you're getting chicken and lettuce then you're not getting enough fat to be "full". If bet if u ate fatty red meat and no carbs that you'll get to that full feeling. Or maybe not.. Lol. Everyone is different to some degree
1
@loosecannon6142 well the problem is that you're wrong.. you're literally just repeating conventional BS advice. The fact that anyone that knows anything about the complexity of the human body can think something as simplistic as "calorie in, calorie out" is beyond ridiculous. Also he's talking about health, not simple weight loss that is lost in a poor way so that it comes right back. 2000 cal of donuts isn't the same to your body as 2000 cal of steak... but that's what you're claiming. Goof.
