@tinyjungle_ it’s fasting - we’re designed to go long periods without food and be just fine and we’re in a time where everyone is effin obese - it takes so research to fast. Just stop eating for a couple days, eat for a day and repeat. Unless you’re a brittle diabetic or a few other medical conditions there’s zero downside
