  2. He got life for an attempted murder with apparently zero evidence other than the testimony of 4 co-conspirators that got full immunity. He probably did it and is a vile human but this case was crazy.

  8. ask a neighbor to watch your house???? OMG... Believe it or not, in MOST of America outside the 'big city' people watch out for their neighbors, it's totally normal. This text only proves that McMichael had an actual reason to be helping watch his neighbors property instead of just wanting to be a crazy vigilante. How he went about that is a totally different matter - but this text proves nothing and these morons trying to turn it into something does nothing to further justice.

  10. @ how many people over the years do you think people have “known” were guilty until later, sometimes years later, one piece of evidence or a witness pops up proving them 100# innocent? You’re sitting here saying they KNOW but the entire point is the defendant still gets the benefit of presumed innocence and the best most strategic defense possible. U clearly don’t understand what presumed innocence means if you’re talking about how “knowing” someone is guilty before the verdict should guide how an attorney defends their client.
