  1. Libtards.... There was NO FUNDING CUT... He proposed a funding cut and Congress stopped it. And the people that got so called fired actually left on their own because or PROPOSED budget cuts that never happened. And CNN wonders why they get called fake ass news. This is a president that got elected with HALF the amount Hilary spent too LOSE. Democrats need to stop bashing the amount of money and start helping and maybe recalibrate their DC minds and realize how much money 2 BILLION dollars actually is.
