Well he's a sociopath so it makes sense that he's verbal and physical communication doesn't match and he often smiles when talking about millions of people dying... Btw, he was totally wrong about masks, they did ZERO good.

@amarantazadori7500 haha I'm not a psychologists and am not an expert on the nuance between sociopath and psychopath... He's probably got antisocial personally disorder but my point is that he's evil, doesn't care about human life or other people and has figured out that talking about philanthropy makes people overlook those facts.
