  1. It’s crazy that an experienced attorney murdered his wife and son and THEN 1. Thought deleting text messages from his phone made them impossible to find by law enforcement 2. Didn’t realize his Suburban recorded everything he did 3. Lied about things there was no way he could back up 4. Hired lawyers that seem totally incompetent and stumbled thru cross examinations

  3. It’s not designed to determine if Alex is the shooter - it’s about the defense trying to poke holes in the prosecution’s expert witness and put reasonable doubt in the jury’s mind and get an acquittal.
