  1. My first couple months in patrol as a police officer I had a couple of 7-8 yr old black kids that didn't know me stand in the middle of the street and flip me off because I was a cop.... There is such a cycle of distrust and disrespect between the black community and cops that BOTH sides are going to have to let go previous wrongs and try to move forward together. Black Americans have reasons to distrust cops and cops that immediately get treated like crap because of the uniform have reasons to distrust the black community. 1. We have WAY to many laws on the books which means people get contracted by police WAY too much. 2. The media is doing EVERYTHING they can to hype every single incident when the actual statistics don't show it. The guy at the Wendy's was a drunk that fought and took a cops taser, he got what he got. Floyd was a TOTALLY different story and I haven't seen anyone anywhere trying to defend that shit. But politicians like Stacy Abrams saying he was "murdered for sleeping in his car" is complete bullshit and does nothing but give black Americans another reason to hate cops. 3. Cops need training in juijitsu... Jocko is 100% right. The ONLY way to be calm in the middle of a fight is to train, train, train. It's going to take BOTH sides stepping back, agreeing to stop making inflammatory claims, look at the FACTS and come together to actually fix them. Defund the police is total crap and will never work... Only criminals want zero police. One more thing... I know Democrats love their unions, but police unions are a big reason why turd cops are able to keep their jobs.

  2. All this talk about the lack of true information... Not one mention about the MEDIA's role in all this. The Left media and the Left politicians have been pushing total lock down since day one. Regardless of what the data has shown for the last month or 2. Also... Trump said that it would basically disappear by the SUMMER, not in 2 weeks. And turns out he was pretty dang close... Here we are at summer, everyone but large Democrat run cities have been open for a month and we're not all dying. Be honest with yourselves and recognize which side of the political spectrum has done everything in their power to make the shutdown as painful to the economy and people as possible. And media hyped the whole thing. As a pharmacist it makes me irate all these people whining about how "dangerous" plaquenil is. The trick they pull is they talk about hydroxychlorquine and chloroquine as I'd they're the same when in reality we don't even use chloroquine in this country and it's the one that can be toxic. Pretty much ALL of the toxicities of plaquenil are all from long term use, which isn't needed for COVID. Instead YouTube, Facebook and Twitter were literally censoring DOCTORS with first hand experience saying that it was helping people. As soon as Trump mentioned plaquenil the entire Left decided they must do everything to make sure that prediction didn't come true.
