  3. I work as an IT support person and yeah, I expect anyone my age or younger to at least be able to get somewhere with a computer..... but I expected WAAAAY too much. Like, I'm in my mid 30's but we have a group of technologically challenged people that ended up all in the same team and the amount of people under 30 in that team is over 60% of the team. Then again, they are also the kind of people who know exactly what information you need to help them, but then do not give you half the intel and complain to management that IT is taking so long.
