  2. when it comes to this kind of moral dilemma it always reminds me of the ending to "three days of the condor" where at the end redford has given all his knowledge to the newspapers, and the CIA man reacts, "what have you done?" cos all the way through the film we thought redford was the good guy, but right at the end he's ruined the war game, cos by "doing the right thing" he's put the US at a disadvantage. but what sticks in my mind is what CIA man said about the moral dilemma: "Not now — then! Ask 'em when they're running out. Ask 'em when there's no heat in their homes and they're cold. Ask 'em when their engines stop. Ask 'em when people who have never known hunger start going hungry. You wanna know something? They won't want us to ask 'em. They'll just want us to get it for 'em!" humans try to be moral, but that has gone out the window so many times and for such trivial reasons.
