  1.  @WynnWynn-gl3fk  oddly if you want the densest populations of the religious, prison is the place to look. and again oddly, the only religious people who will admit they probably aren't going to before given and get into heaven are the folks on death row. never met a religist yet who wasn't adamant they are saved, although of course e3very other religists isn;t a true _______ fill in the blank, xian in this case.

  2.  @adil2curtay  we've been behaving morally for up to 5 million years, my guess would be morality is parallel to survival, any society that allows r@pe, theft or killing isn't going to last, however the behaviour gets into genes it's had plenty of time to take root. with the religists though, some of them are pretty much psychopaths who believe, truly, that without god they would do all manner of heinous thongs, so steer clear of that mob, the rest are schizo - on the one hand they believe that morals are derived from god, but that would mean they have no morality of their own, look at their reaction when it's pointed out "if it were true there is no god how would you behave" i have no idea where morality actually comes from, but there is no god, so it's not him.

  4.  @tremas3329  it's all very well but i like to remind people that we're dealing with folks, like shapiro, who would bring back the inquisition if they could, and folks like shapiro would make god laws if they could. never forget , to a man they will ALL defend god's right to kill whoever he feels like, they will justify the flood, and slavery of course, and they would happily stone folks too no doubt, cos god says it's okay. i don't care how "nice" religists are, they follow a barbaric and psychotic leader - who you can't disagree with. nah, never trust a christian is my motto, especially with your kids. shapiro and the apologist ilk are those deranged folks you're talking about.

"i'm worried that god might not be all good" "it's okay, he is, trust me, blah blah blah" "oh great, i trust you as i trust the lord, who i also fear" religion is funny, sick, but funny. and what's with god and headgear? i mean criticising drag queens while wearing frocks and wizards hats is a bit much, but what's the total obsession with hats? and - wait for it - nothing about shoes. and shapiro is in the communist army now? what's with uniform, thinking of volunteering or something?
