  1. i've been stuck in this leasehold trap, and both parties made it worse by PROMISING to reform but all they did was advertise it, so i've been stuck for 11 years in a place i expected to sell and move after 3 years, and even if the bill eventually goes through (and no sign of that) it will be another two to five years before it has an effect. none of my close family have made it to 80 years old - i'm 70. i've voted green twice now, at least they have morals.
