  1. i'm always getting into arguments about this, so here we go again. objects and light have no intrinsic colour, colour is an invention of brains and ONLY exists in brains. along with sound, taste and smell, none of these things are out in the universe. 3, 2, 1.... the japanese have different numbering conventions for long thin things, like pencils, and short stubby things, like my mum. talking of bananas, we cultivated wild bananas to be tame bananas, long thin ans easy to peel, why the flip aren't we doing that will ALL fruit? i'd by lots more oranges and kiwis if they were as easy to peel as bananas. what is wrong with this world?
