  2.  @DavidStella  all they can see is dollar signs. so much so they can't see the bankruptcy claims. derren brown does a show where he tells the audience he will levitate a bottle across the stage, and he hypnotises a dozen people and they all claim that he does indeed levitate this bottle, but, he actually carries the bottle himself across the stage and even though he has TOLD the people how he does the trick they all say that even knowing, they can't see him carrying the bottle. religious people and maga are like that, so hypnotised by the bullsht they can't see the trick.
