  6.  @brahimelhabzi5009  if you believed in something that had a nasis in reality, or wasn't quite as obviously a confidence trick, you would get respect, but tellingg people a pixie in the sky is master of the universe is sillyness embodied. anyway, aren't followers of the christian mythology lovers of persecution, doesn't being stoned and spat on guarantee a place at god's table?

  7.  @brahimelhabzi5009  unfortunately science contradicts religion pretty much everywhere, people don't come back from the dead, free will is an illusion, there is no mechanism for an afterlife, and you can't have an all-loving god who drowns babies, so the christian mythology isn't possible for one.

  9. people who "used to be" whether it's atheist or christian aren't using their brain properly, fine change your mind about what tie to wear, but changing your mind about god? that strikes me as weird.

"i used to be atheist" - i wouldn't accuse anyone of "not being a real" other than not being a real human.of course we change our minds about stuff all the time, but when it comes to god the only two things of importance are, do you think one exists, and do you think one worthy of your attention exists. i have always thought "no" to both questions, all my life, but if it turned out there is a god, then question 2 would still apply. so i've always been wary of people who jump ship, whether it's "i used to atheist but god is talking in my head nonstop" or "i used to be christian but i want to fornicate more", i can't imagine (!) anything changing my mind about god (that would actually occur in reality, obviously if god somehow revealed himself in a convincing way, but he won't will he.) so i see people who change their minds about god as somehow lacking in the thought process. to me it's like "does my bum look big in this belief" they were never REAL anything.

  11. we have plenty of examples of the physics required for the big bang, quantum physics deals with a lot of the unkowns or the it's impossibles, but we have zero evidence for the supernatural, zero.
